When you think of networking do you think of people with too many cards in their pocket, too much to say about themselves and little interest (or a disingenuous interest) in you or anyone else? Robyn Henderson founder of Networking to Win does not fit into any of those categories.

In today's Australian Financial Review Agnes King detailed the high volume of Partner-level movement in accounting firms, including two senior additions to Kelly+Partners.

Peter Adams BJuris LLM MTax FTIA, most recently Head of Tax at Bell Partners and prior to that appointment having worked with PwC, KPMG and several international investment banks – brings his expertise to the Kelly+Partners firms, where he will head up the team as Senior Client Director of the tax consulting division specialising in services to  Private Business Owners.

It is rare to meet a CEO, let alone one of a major investment bank that openly admits she has failed. But Cynthia Whelan, the Chief Executive of Barclays Capital, in front of some 100 young business people did that last night in Sydney at the BELF.
